David, Secure the motor from sliding sideways in its carriage. When lowering onto the side, make sure there is extra clearance for the stack "box" to clear the floor and skid. It sticks out from the bottom of the piano. Other things will come to mind, but common sense rules. Secure everything loose, especially the drawer.
