I beleive the Stwy product is .030. As David L. said. Use a combination of felt or As we do often use strips of thin cardboard to shim the felt/back of the key height.

Web search yields these various results:

High-grade paper board, .015" thick, for making your own stencils. Impregnated with drying oils.

Clean cutting, long lasting. Edges won't fuzz.

High quality stencil board resists ink bleed-through.

Heavy-duty .015" thick.

Could someone explain where does this name "oil board" comes from. I've been in the business for many years and this was the first time I heard of it. I've seen backrail cloth glued on both sides with the lump in the middle, but How do we change the oil? :-)

Just wondering.

I don’t use the oil board. I establish the thickness with two pieces of felt, the main piece on which the keys rest and an underfelt of varying thickness just as in the original. It’s the combined thickness that matters I don’t necessarily try and duplicate the original thickness of one or the other. The liner felt is also glued only along the front edge. Can’t speak for Ed.
