[pianotech] Applying PVC-E to new plastic keytops

If you planed the surface, apply a thinned coat of glue and let it
dry as a sizing. I use Bolduc Wood glue for this.

To glue on the new keytop, spread on the PVC-E and allow it to
develop a slight tack. Press the plastic down and align. No need
to clamp unless it has the molded front and does not conform.

In this case you need to clamp and secure the front with a rubber
band stretched from the capstan, crossed under the key and
drawn to the front.  jpg attached
