"I 'd like to try (with better notice) again for February 9. It sounds like
that would still work for the hotel? (there were questions about school
vacation schedules). If so, that's what we should do. Maybe we'll only get 6
-8 people, but possibly many more. 

 

 I guess for now the important thing is to get - yet another - notice out to
let people know there's no meeting this month, and then we'll follow up
early next week with a push for Feb. 9 at the Balsams, as well as Spring
schedule."
