[pianotech] hearing test

Yes, first one at age 54, second at 58. Still in the "normal" range, but 
my loss at 4k and above has increased. By continuing to be tested at 
regular intervals, I figure I can determine when it's time for hearing 
aids before I begin leaving a trail of poorly tuned pianos.
