It looks like what Pianotek sells.  I have theirs, and like using them. They
work well for rough shaping/removal, then I follow up with higher grits as
needed.
I also made some sanding boards ... various grits glued to clipboard
material. (220, 320, 400, 600)  Thanks to Don Mannino for that suggestion.
