Hi all, Just a quick tag to yesterdays post re removing the castors on a Mason Hamlin BB in preparation to install a new truck. Everything went super smooth. I was delighted to find that the original equipment casters have a substantial (3/4"+) threaded solid brass post that screws into an equally substantial solid brass insert. They just un-screw.
