I don't know if you're immature or not, but I don't have a problem with it.  They were playing to a recording that they made a couple days earlier.  It was beautiful.

Am I the only one immature enough to have a problem with this? 

There is no excuse as long as most of the strings don't break. So what if it all goes out of tune? That's life, and it is good. 

This kind of "perfectionism" is inexcusable and misleading.
