Call an exterminator to get rid of the problem. Pianos can be "tented". The piano is enclosed in plastic and a pesticide is released inside the tent. It usually takes a couple of days for it to be successful. This won't get rid of the bugs, but it will kill them. There is also no guarantee that they won't return.

Customer piano with infestation of wood boring beetles or termites (not sure).  What’s the solution? And what’s to be careful of in terms of structural damage/treatment?
