[pianotech] Danger!! was Journal Article

Anyone who plans to do this should look carefully at the fences that Fenton 
uses to control a fairly long length of pinblock.
I saw an ugly accident when a short section of pinblock got snagged on the 
plug cutter, spun around and cut the operator's finger to the bone.
