[pianotech] Interesting action on Yamaha YUA

It appears to be caused by the jack pushing back under the hammer butt.
I'm wondering if the timing of the jack is a little different from the usual.

I watched the video clip on youtube and it looks like the hammer is acting like there is a repetition lever action of a grand in the operation. Did/does the hammer spring pull the hammer forward?

I uploaded a little video clip to youtube showing how the repetition works. I have also realized that the action needs no perceptible lost motion to function well. Sorry the quality isn't better.

I discovered I could eliminate the noise of the spring by needling the escaine (it seems like escaine) with a chopstick voicing tool. It can conveniently be done without removing the action.
