[pianotech] Lead weights

As I understand it, if the lead is not pure, it will expand, and as I've
seen, moisture seems to speed the process.  Removal and replacement is
best, though some techs will just carve off the excess.  Beware of lead
dust, and dispose of the shavings properly if you don't replace.
