It's a do-it-yourselfer spread sheet. The equations come from various
sources and I don't now recall but I think I started with Roberts.

Hey David and all,

What program or equation did you use to get your results??

I'm about to tackle a Hardman five and a half footer that was destrung and
the scaling notes were lost. I have bass strings to work from to get those
measurements but the treble end of the piano is up to me to figure out a
scale.

I've done this sort of thing in the past but it was in a previous lifetime
and so the process has been forgotten for the most part.

I hate to buy the scaling software just for one job .......... or for a
job every ten years.
