Measured in a different way using weight rather than distance measurements.

List,

I've been studying all the David Stanwood articles and was hoping someone

One of the measurements taken is "Strike Weight Ratio". Is that the same as
action ratio, but measured in a more precise way?

Thanks,

David Weiss
