Now that's the spirit!  Take an Off Topic thread and make it On Topic!   

Spam as glue!   Probably has some horse in it, so it might function well 
as a substitute for hide glue.  We could tie all three popular threads 
together here if we try hard enough.

If you're referring to Spam, the meat product, it hasn't exceeded its 
shelf life, yet.  Should be safe to eat for another century or so...
