Matthew, Sometime back I mentioned tight front rail key bushings as a possibility. In my experience this is a common cause of sluggish keys in any vertical . Hold down a group of adjacent keys and release quickly. Pick out the slowest one and ease the front bushing (if there is no sideplay)Don't overease if it is already free. Tom Driscoll P.S.
