I tried Outlook some years ago, but it seemed really complicated, more for someone involved in sales all day long and more geared to that lifestyle...cold calls etc. Too many features I wouldn't normally use...My take...I'm sure it would work as well as any...

You can use Microsoft Outlook which has a totally programmable data base for contacts with different fields. You can format email reminders, group sort, contact dates, service history, email and snail mail addresses, all the stuff you need to do. I’m in the process of converting my old database (obsolete now) to this and it’s simple and easy. There are others though.

I am in the process of getting a manager/accountant involved with my business. I've been keeping track of clients/appointments/finances with PTBiz for many years. I realize that program is dated as the author is no longer supporting it.
I need to find a program(s) that can basically do what I've been doing with PTBiz, but one that also has the ability to sync with another remote computer (my assistant will be working 40 miles away), AND hopefully, be able to run on and sync with a PDA (HP iPAQ running Windows Mobile).
Any recommendations from the computer literates out there?
Thanks!
