It doesn't say whay year it was manufacured. If it is 1920s, I would label it as questionable stock (but maybe good). If from the 1890s with an open-faced pinblock, you may be looking at an exceptional rebuilding stock.

  This just popped up on Minneapolis Craigslist... it says the piano is in Verona, Wisconsin which is Madison area. I know nothing about it except what the ad says, but I suppose it might at the very least be good rebuild stock for someone in the area.
