You're in Texas so sales tax is on everything!  Back before 1984 sales tax was only on the parts but now it's everything.

For those of us who charge sales tax.

When you bill a client not only for labor, but for the parts as well, do we charge sales tax on the parts, or only on the labor.  I will be ordering two Dampp-Chasers for a client and would like to know whether to charge sales tax on the components as well.
