Steve We discussed this at our chapter meeting (only 3 of us), and it looks like some sort of mold.Ordinarily mold is removed with?bleach, but that is not something you should put on dampers or hammers. So I don't know how you could get rid of this stuff. Maybe someone else will know. ?
