Good points Ric..  

If someone is wanting to discuss perfect pitch with us in relation to a claim that they or someone else has got it, we have to ask them what they mean by the term.  

Probably they will not actually know what they mean, but merely have some vague nebulous concept which evaporates when you ask for a precise explanation.  

And even if they do have some precise idea of what they mean by the term, it may be a meaning quite different from that attached to the expression by someone else.
