[pianotech] Increasing bridge height

So true Del and I'm guilty as charged. It wasn't my intent to muddle the bridge height thread especially since I condone the idea.  Nevertheless, piano restoration is often about managing the small details because they tend to add up to bigger concepts. Perhaps I shouldn't have brought up the action leverage change in this context where the change is so insignificant. The more important item is entrance height but again the examples cited were really about restoring string heights to what they were originally intended to be rather than concocting new ones willy nilly.

  We can get all carried away with minutia that is essentially meaningless if we're not careful. In the end, though, it's how it all works together that is going to count.
