Better yet, here is how to accomplish the 19 note temperament using any ETD. All you need to have is two separate "historical" temperaments that you can load into your ETD. One of them, which I will call Temperament A, has the following cents offsets:

 C : 0.00
 C#: 26.32
 D : -10.53
 D#: 15.79
 E : -21.05
 F : 5.26
 F#: 31.58
 G : -5.26
 G#: 21.05
 A : -15.79
 A#: 10.53
 B : -26.32

The other, which I will call Temperament B, has the following cents offsets:

 C : 63.16
 D : 52.63
 E : 42.11
 F : 68.42
 G : 57.89
 A : 47.37
 B : 36.84

We don't care what the offsets are for the sharp notes because when we are using Temperament B, we will not be using any sharps.

If the 19-note temperament notes are labeled 0...18, then you can load Temperament A into your ETD and use the 12 notes of your standard octave (C-B) to tune notes 0, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17 of the 19-note scale. When you have finished tuning all those notes, then load Temperament B into your ETD and use the 7 natural notes only to tune notes 1, 4, 7, 9, 12, 15, 18.
