I normally don't have problems until today. Someone at the church decided to shorten the power cord and attach a hardware plug. First of all, they bought the cheeepest plug available, second, they did not install it properly, last Sunday it was sparking and the wall outlet breaker flipped. Well, no wonder! the plug had been installed poorly, the wires were broken from the screw on the inside, and the wires were shorting. Was able to show the music director and fix it.
