Happened to me twice and one was one of those Yamaha Story and Clarks. There was a carpenter working at the house and we enlisted him to make a rectangular frame of 2 by 6's with plywood gussets on the corners. With nail guns the contraption took about 10 minutes to make and was an inch taller than the bottom of the keybed.. With his help we lifted the piano up while the customer moved the device underneath. Quick work to swap front legs . Fun stuff. Tom Driscoll RPT
