[pianotech] silent system

Hi all.

This is a first time for me : one of my potential clients would buy me a
piano (Bechstein of course) if I install a silent system in it.  I'm
completely new to the matter and to the idea.
Can one install such a system in any piano ?  Are there better ones, and
ones to avoid ?  Is there someone in Europe doing this routinely ?
