[pianotech] YC Action Brackets

I must have been lucky! After many many years I just got my 1st YC bracket
failure. I called John Chang at YC. The model is a C185 at least 15 years or
older. Did I just read that we need to take measurements of the old
brackets before ordering? What good would the defective measurements be if
they are distorted? John said the brackets are backordered, due in early
November. Any tips besides the screw length would be appreciated.
