[pianotech] S&S glued underlever flanges

I have done many Steinways with the glued on under-lever flanges and haven't 
had much of a problem with many of them coming loose. Attached is a jig I 
made to hold down the flange while the glue is drying. If they are solid, 
there's no need to remove all the dampers and shelf.
