Dear Frank
Sure that you want to go down this road? Once  you've committed to this 
piano you'll be married to it with no end in sight. Some thing are just 
aren't worth the aggravation. Kranich & Bach, or what I like to refer them 
as ....Pain in the Bachs, are a nightmare to work with and you should go in 
being fully warned.
