I'll be replacing a broken agraffe soon, in a 1981 Steinway M. I have done some research on the online archives. What I may do to extract the broken piece (it has broken pretty flush with the plate), is take an awl with my handy hammer and make a slot so I can then take my screwdriver and slowly back the broken agraffe out. Does that sound reasonable? TODD PIANO WORKS Matthew Todd, Piano Technician (979) 248-9578 http://www.toddpianoworks.com -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
