[pianotech] Don't work for this manufacturer

As with some local school districts, no work can be paid for
without a Purchase Order Number.  I learned quickly to
secure the work order before starting the job.  I don't even
accept a tuning request from a piano player at a restaurant
without first talking with the restaurant owner/manager.

This situation is a heads-up on procedure. If there's a request
for repair get authorization from the people paying the bill,
not some supposed agent.

And perhaps the manufacturer's business office could have a
Claim Form available in pdf format to expedite the process.
That way, no missing information would stall the payment.
