[pianotech] Unusual dampers

Sometimes, one can make a cut in the felt to "widen" the groove if they're 
"leaking" sound.  Might explain the exacto-blade marks.

I don't know about you all....I definitely see over-cut marks from an 
exacto blade, beyond the intersection of the "V"s. I still say homemade.
