[pianotech] Steam Voicing

I just tried to find the post that Roger wrote some years ago on steam
voicing (I think he posted it on the list) but couldn't find it. I did,
however, find this reference to the PTJ article. According to Roger, there's
an article in the May 1999 Journal.
