[pianotech] What kind of action is this?

I do remember coming across a German version of this action many years ago  
in two Winklemann grands.  I am wondering if the original poster on this  
subject found this version in the Neumayer piano which he quotes.
There was an added sophistication in the German version such as an added  
spring or adjuster of some sort.
