Hi Richard, If the action has wood brackets, start by removing the hammer rail, then you have to disconnect every wippen from the keys. Some have screws you have to ease before you pull on the sticker. some are just tight fit. Yes, it is a lot of work. then you remove the wippen rail and then only will you be able to remove the keys.
