[pianotech] Age of Aeolian Player Piano #10665, Newer one

I'm checking for a friend who's doing an estimate of fire/smoke damage on
this piano, a 2nd one and an organ.
I can't find anything in the current issue of the atlas or online.
It is one of the newer ones with the brass railing around the top and the
electric plug set through the sound board but can also be played by pumping.
He's looking for age and approximate value.
