I would guess that it's probably not a bad piano.  But, you really need to
see (service) the instrument to know for sure.  Can't always judge a book by
its cover.

A customer who's looking for a piano to buy has asked me about this piano.

All I know about Stegler is that Samick imported it for a few years around
the early 1980's. Any information would be appreciated. 

I am also in the process of tracking down the tech who did the action work.
