Thanks Cy. This model didn't have it. The customer wants it installed. Have you installed the decelerator? I need to come up with an estimate for the job. I have never done one before.

  There are retrofit kits out there... a possible option.  Is your part missing, or just broken?

      I need a slow drop fallboard hinge for a Young Chang. Is this something you can only get directly from them?

      If so, does anyone have the number for their parts dept?
