[pianotech] Slow drop fallboard hinge for YC

While I like Jurgens quite a bit, it did require some chiseling. If  
Kawai makes one for their pianos, you might want to look at that -  
just because the hinges are similar - maybe the Kawai unit would  
require less wood chopping.

I installed my Jurgen unit on an 1895 Knabe grand.
