[pianotech] Slow drop fallboard hinge for YC

Whereas I am not familiar with installation of the Kawai or Yamaha  
mechanism, Jurgen's unit does require some chiseling/routing out of  
the fallboard and case side. So you've gotta shape/cut a couple of  
recesses - isn't that why we are professionals? It's not rocket  
science......
