Marshall,

I have found my best time to call is between 7:00 and 8:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

This is after the news and not too late.  It is not too close too the weekend, still some times I call on Saturday if I have more time than appointments.

Lets remember, there is no magic bullet and the biggest thing you can have on your side is time.

  I usually get excuses when I call, I'm in a meeting, or a voice mail.  These folks knew that I'd be calling again.  I'm tired of the excuses.  I'm glad you guys out there are having better success at repeat tunings.
