It's an oddball action, but it can regulated by just following what does what. Other than that, what advice do you need?

If anyone has an opinion (ha!) or advice on this type action, please advise. I've never seen one like it. It's on a 1905 (I THINK) Kohler & Campbell 4'11" grand.
