As an aside for anybody. . . when testing jack center pin tightness, do not snap the jack by having your finger slide off the jack toe. Doing so gives a false reading because the jack compresses the stopper felt near the top of the jack, aiding it's return speed. A jack that is on the edge of being too slow will escape detection.
