Hi Everyone, I'm trying to repair some loose pinning on this Wurlitzer school pinao. As I was pushing the pin in part of the birds eye broke off, and I'm not up for trying to reglue it or match it up. I'm guessing it had a small crack that I missed hence the possibility why the jack center pin was loose. Does anyone know where I could obtain wippens for thee Wurlitzer school pianos? Also I had another Wurlitzer school pinoa where the birds eye hole appeared to be slightly elongated. I had to put in larger pin which I think wil hold for a while, but eventulally I think it will need a different hammer section. I asked the guy at the school distrcit if they had pianos they wre not using where I could obtain spare parts. We'll see what happens when he calls. So any of you guys out there that tune for schools, where do you obtain parts for these Wurlitzer school pianos, Thanks Marshall Marshall Gisondi Piano Technician Marshall's Piano Service pianotune05 at hotmail.com 215-510-9400 Graduate of The School of Piano Technology for the Blind www.pianotuningschool.org Vancouver, WA _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail: Trusted email with powerful SPAM protection. http://clk.atdmt.com/GBL/go/201469227/direct/01/ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
