That's tough.  It makes sense though.  I mean, that would be the way to know whether or not your rates were having an effect on your business production.

I got a lot calls from not only price shoppers but also regular customers. When they heard I was still charging $115, they hung up. Since quoting $85 for a basic tuning, my business has increased. Wim
