Thanks" What I miss in plain text (like this) is the ability to more obviously separate what you wrote from what I'm writing. The Proposition 10 discussion on the PTG-L list was frequently hard to understand when people would quote previous posts then reply to them many times in one email. The text was the same color, same font so the "conversations" became very confusing. Except for the problem with the archive I don't see any reason to avoid HTML and the formatting, color, inclusion of charts and diagrams certainly favors HTML.
