1) remove the board and blankets- 
2) remove all lid hinge pins- don't try to lift the piano with the lid attached.
3) lift and set the piano, resting on the long bass side, and proceed as if you were starting new.
4) You will need at least four strong people to help.

You will not be able to access the damage to the action until you put the 
piano on it's legs at the new location.

    Is the piano wrapped in blankets?

    ***Yes

    Is the piano strapped to a board?

    ***Yes

    Is the piano on level surface?

    ***Yes

    This should not be too difficult if the piano is on a level surface!
    If the piano is on the side of hill might be a different matter.
