Bally's says they have a pool, in case anyone was in a panic:

I don't think Bally's has a pool but you could possibly sneak in at another 
hotel.  When I first moved here my wife and I sneaked into the resort pool 
at the Tropicana on a particularly hot day.  No one even took a second look 
at us, we strolled right it.  On our way in we stole towels off a maid's 
cart, (Yes, we returned them).  I'm not sure about exercise or spa
