I agree that the convention itself was great. I too, even at my age, have learned a few new things, and I have enjoyed making new friends, and seeing my "old" buddies. Jan and I also got to spend some time with a friend we haven't seen in three years. But if the convention is ever held in Vegas again, count me out. As someone else said, the food is expensive, and not that good, the casinos are way too noisy and are a death trap, (too much smoke), and since I didn't stay at the hotel, I got to experience Vegas traffic at it's worst. Not to mention that it was 107 in the shade. There's GOT to be another city we can go to the next time the convention is scheduled for the Western Region.

Hello all,

I am having a wonderful time at the convention and my parter and I love Vegas. We saw LOVE by Le Cirque du Soleil and we were moved, excited, fascinated amazed...... best show I ever saw.

I had fantastic classes, my interest this year was action geometry and damper, and I have learned SO MUCH!

The exhibition is full of learning and meeting people opportunities. All those pianos to play!

A week in Vegas certainly requires a big budget to enjoy at fullest. We learned a jew games and we will try to hit some jackpot before we leave. If we don't, anyway, what we see we will never forget and what I learn will bring much profit.

Be well,
