Now that I really think about it- I am surprised I even considered it- 
thanks for the input! I definitely do not want to compromise any part of the
piano- wood, or strings...

I doubt that the "Compressed gas duster" would have enough power to be very
useful.

Also, are you concerned about the wound strings?
There are some pretty compelling reasons to be so.
